Hi, I need a very small Component that changes the display picture on the current logged on user. This have to work for Windows XP and Windows Vista computers regardless if they are stand alone machines or assigned to a Windows Domain. Basically this component should be as simple as this. [login to view URL] = "C:\\[login to view URL]"; [login to view URL](); hereafter the component changes the display picture to whatever [login to view URL] are. MUST be build for use in Net 2.0 Framework. **** The display picture is the on you can see on the welcome screen and the start menu ****
I understand that the Vista part is quite a challenge to do as the image is stored in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures with the format [domain]+[username].dat. It is an undocumented area for the vista part. I am willing to raise the price to whatever it takes (within reason), and dont care if it is done in VC++ or whatever language it is done in, just as long as the final component can be called from C#.
