Need a program for my automotive shop for my laptop that I can input the Vin # of a car to the program and all the OBD 2 functions like if an oxygen sensor is ready or not ready there are like 10 other functions for inspection and i can plug a usb cable to OBD2 cable.? I just want to make the machine think it is plugged into the car when it is really plugged into the laptop using the software.
