Asp additions to 2 existing forms

Quick job for experienced Asp coder required to make additions to 2 existing forms. Input form ‘[login to view URL]’ format validates various input sections and is submitted to another form’ [login to view URL]’ to write the contents to a file on my local disk ending in *.inh. The task is to Edit existing form ‘[login to view URL] /section SP21’ and add 3 additional inputs as follows.(see attached [login to view URL] Then edit the [login to view URL] file to handle the new inputs .amendments must be clearly commented Can supply the 'includes' if you need to add any further functions . Must use msn to co-ordinate with me while coding for further info/live testing .My time zone is GMT +1 need this done asap or Friday 5th 4pm absolute latest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
