Apple iPhone Remote Support App

I have done some work on rentacoder as a programmer, but this is my first bid request for software.? That said, i'm looking for an iPhone developer who can provide an application that will let me remotely control an iPhone from a PC. I have seen a few applications that make use of VNC related solutions, but they require you to jailbreak the phone or they require some additional hack to the phone. I need to be able to control the iphone as if i were holding it in my hand. With access to all the settings on the iphone. In a perfect world, i would like the client to be able to be downloaded to the iphone and installed, then provide me with an i.p. address or other method of connecting to the phone. This application will be used to remotely support iphone clients who are having issues, mainly with e-mail. finally, i do not wish to re-invent the wheel. I have searched pretty good for a solution that will let me do this, but i couldn't find one, so if you know of one, please direct me.? I will rely on the knowledge of the developer to offer solutions. So this first stage is more of an information gathering stage.
