B2B website (like the feautures of Alibaba but not a clone)

Basically we are looking for developers that can either build from scratch B2B script or use a free-open source one adjust/modify it according to our requirements: Actors: Supplier: Company that manufactures or imports items Customer: Companies and shops who wish to buy from supplier(s). B2B website: The website should be easily accessible and user friendly: From the front page, the end user should be able to view the categories and search through them. Overall the project should look professional but with simple design and no flash fancy animations; However professional banners and photos should also be included in the website Regarding the suppliers: The supplier should be able to have his/her company listed, his/her products, any special discounts, contact form and optional b2b website. The b2b website should allow the supplier to have his products listed per category. The customer should be able to browse, select the product(s), add them to the basket and then checkout. Of course all the necessary web shop functions should apply; Payment functions must include paypal, cash on delivery, same day cheque, 30 days cheque and 60 days cheque. The members should have : Silver status, Gold status, Platinum status. All members must be registered companies within EU. Website should also have b2b Webshop which will be optional to the supplier. The webshop should give the option to the customer to display stock products, on order products, special offers, recommended retail pricing, bundles, show the issued invoices, delivery info, credit info and customer history. Webshop is only intended to be used as b2b shop and not for end users. Website should also have the ability for requesting sample units from suppliers. Should a customer finds a product useful then he/she should be able to fill up a form (in easy steps) with coding verification. Then the supplier will be notified via email and contact the potential customer. Should the supplier wishes, then he/she could have a live chat option with the potential customer directly from the site, provided that the customer has filled up the form first and supplier has approved. Discrepancies: In the case that the customer has issues with the supplier, there should be an option to notify the webmaster (owner of the project) via email. The owner should have the ability to rank each supplier. We are also planning on having optional escrow payment service, where a team will look after the whole process and the system must be ready for that future implementation. Connection with foreign b2b sites. Website should have this ability. Advertisements, banners etc. Developer must also provide free updates and make sure that the site is free from outside attacks. Added to this he/she must make sure that the installation is free from errors (on our web hosting solution) and provide bug fixes support for at least 2 years (there is a ready made script in the market that provides support for 10 years!)
