A 9gag script with partner program

This script should have the normal function from 9gag and a admin control panel and some auto post for facebook fanpages. Example: A user can click on hours and mark them now the script automatically post a random picture from the site with his partner program link. The partner program: All registred members have their own ref-link for the pictures. Now the member share his ref-link and a people click on it. The Member get 1 point. (1 point for each click he get on his link. but only 24 hours 1 point from the same ip). When the Member got 1000 points (1000 visits) he earned for example 3 € . (The 3 € should be variable that can set in the admin cp.) When the member got 20€ he can request a payout via paypal. (The 20 € should be a variable that can set in the admin cp.)# In the Admin CP you should see who requested a payout to what paypal email and the amount.
