[url removed, login to view] is an ajax simple chat site, where users can easily create a profile, and share it's link with their friends, to allow them to chat with the creator anonimously. The site also features a shuffle feature, where a fixed quantity of the online users appear.
I want a site just like this (excepting the "pay to appear in homepage" feature"), so you have to test it before doing it. It should have every feature that website has. The budget limit is small as the website is really simple.
Features include:
Shuffle feature in homepage (for unlogged users) and below profile page.
Easy profile creation, with profile link for sharing with users.
Anonymous chat with users who enter via that link.
Profile description and avatar edition (like [url removed, login to view], on top of profile page).
Crossbrowser compatibility (desktop and android/iphone if possible).
Facebook login feature is optional, but preferred.
