complete payment feature job on auction site

i need a payment feature on my site to be complete. someone previously started the project but after 2 months was unable to complete it. there are 2 kinds of membership on my site "pay as u go" and " paid membership" these are the errors left to be completed. error 1 in the "pay as u go" there is still a charge for 1 photo upload and 1st media upload . the first image and media is free. there is suppose to be no charge for first photo and media. all photos after the 1st would be charged a fee for the "pay as u go" error 2 and 4 "Pay as u go and paid membership " when members list items i am getting a requirment for the item to add 2 feature as a mandatory. these features are options that membes can choose if they like. i just need for the options to be optional and no charge made if they do not choose the option error 3 "paid membership" subscription is suppose to be counted down by time left for subscription after u purchase the membership. also 10 000 items for the store should also be automatically updated when people "pay for membership" error 5 i just need the last word fee to be change to free. on all features except home and category feature. please do not bid on job unless u have read the job requirements and u belive u can finish the job in 9 days. i notice people do not read the project requirement and bid on the job. please post in pm" i can do job" so i will know u read the requirments. i am not interested in bids over 100 as the job just needs to be completed. thanks
