I want a classifieds site with a simple lay out. the web site address will be Bailey's List dot com I want the option to be able to charge customers for posting ads. I want the ability to charge via pay pal and google check out also i payment. I want to be able to charge for any section of my choice at any given time. must have a lot of categories. I will provide the list. I want it to be a geo site. meaning I want the site to check the ip and automatically direct the traffic to its local site. I need a site for each state with the ability for me to be able to add locations specific like counties for each state. I want the user accounts to be limited to their local area posting only. I want their to be an anonymous email option. i also want to be able to block ip address. I want captcha's for posting ads and creating ads. I want users to have the option to purchase ads for multiple locations and categories all in their control panel. also I want the script to detect automatically duplicate ads. I want to a spam filter. If the filter picks up spam I want the ad to be ghosted. the theme of the site must easily be changeable as I will be creating a theme for all seasons, i also want all countries to be included. This site should become bigger than C L. To the winner of this project you will be allowed a free account. meaning that for the life of this site you will be able to post your own personal ads for free in any category. Must be you own content to paid posting ads. I want a lot of features with this site. let me know every thing you can do how much you will be charging me for your services and how long it will take you to get done..
