change of background of photos and finish online shopping website

We are a start up online store, looking for someone, who can give final touches to our site which has already being built. We need the following tasks to be done: 1. We will provide with around 100 images, you need to change the background to another one provided with specific size, colours and measurements, just cut and swap. 2. Must design and submit small banner. 3. Set up a product zoom module that can display very clearly each product to the store visitors 4.
