Im looking for a team to deal with graphic design and back end programming for a social game like [url removed, login to view] game will be based upon real maps. There will be many building designs and I would prefer that designs are built using XML to allow for quick reskinning. I do need customisable avatars, with clothing options as well. 2D or 2.5 D is what Im looking for, cartoony type look to it but with reference to real buildings.

As far as game play, there will be timed actions ( like planting and harvesting crops) but these will involve construction, destruction and planning where you want your assets placed within the map. There will be friend help, and friends able to gift items and able to see each other's state of game. Some Tasks will require inventories of items before completion, scoring will be two fold monetary value, and inhabitant happiness. There needs to be saved gameplay (serverside) so the game is always in play. Inventories of items ( and services) may be bought and sold within the game.

The game manager needs the ability to direct a map alteration, so that where a starting point may have been, it is designated as free space and able to be cleared and built upon now.

I would like to be able to port this to iOS and Android as well so that it can be played outside of Facebook.

## Deliverables

Must be fully functional when going live. Obviously the monetization of the game is essential to its success and as the game grows, so will the need for ongoing programming and design assistance.

I am happy to use opensource game engines for this game, please refer to any of these :
