Devlope a Joomla Website with smart component and extations

Description I require someone to develop a small Joomla site for me from an already created design. I will provide all graphics as well as the layout but just need someone to turn it into a website. Skills in HTML, PHP, CSS a must. The site consists of a number of which will use the same template but with different written content and some additional features. I will supply a template that can be modified and the site can have standardised Joomla Components/Plugins/Modules. I will purchase additional ones where required. Joomla account is readily available as I run a web hosting service. All pages require: • Top, horizontal menu bar with dropdown where applicable. • Breadcrumb • Logo • Footer with legal disclaimer and bottom menu • Social Media ‘add links’ and small twitter feed In addition, some pages will also require: • News feed which I can update from Joomla backend • Additional written content • Very important is that it must have the feature of being able to change banner on home page and other pages from the back end for advertising and just keeping website fresh. • Linked Images • Contact form which sends to pre determined email address • Request for Quote form which sends to pre determined email address Events calander. As I run a web hosting service, I am actually looking for a designer that I will be working with on long term basis to customize joomla templates for my clients. Initiative and understanding of my clients’ business needs will be required to create websites that are statisfactory. I will not be looking to excessive design project ( like page layout changes, colour scheme changes) but really just taking a good template and customize to create pages, forms and articles.
