Developer / Designer required for crepro 6.2 (13) site

We are a small company running a childrens' clothing business and maintain a commercial web site [login to view URL], which is a customised creloaded pro 6.2 (patch 13). We have previously hired a freelancer for enhancements to shipping and marketing modules and we are now looking for some further help both with enhancements to the business logic (CHECKOUT routines to start with) and also with the look&feel and marketing of the site. The work with look&feel can probably be broken up in two phases starting with a general overhaul of the site and then ongoing maintenance of the site.
