Hello, We would like to develop an ads website for selling used cars. It must be ready for mobile versions like Android, Iphone, Blackberry, and also for PC. The site will be in spanish. Language interface must be easily editable, it would be better if it is in a separate file, so it can be edited for different spanish versions. The currency used will be of a Latin American country, but it should be editable for other currencies in the future. The site will have free and paid ads. Payment options like paypal and others will have to be integrated to the site and also other advertising ads from sponsors will be placed in some of the pages. If you have or can use a base system so you don’t have to develop from zero and save time, that would be an advantage. Data must be able to be organized by the different column fields just by clicking on them (like price, model, etc) Posted Ads must be confirmed by an email sent to the seller, and afterwards an email must be sent to an administrator to be approved using a link. We would prefer to use MySql and PHP, unless you have a better recommendation. A nice example of what we would like is this site: [login to view URL] (see details like pictures uploaded are added a watermark with site logo, compare feature, contact form with captcha, share an ad by email or social networks, FAQs, etc) Other example sites : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] So the job is for a complete site like the first example, especially everything related to the ads for used cars. Developer must use Skype for communication with us. Any other detail we can discuss after selecting the developer. We are welcome to hear any suggestions that can make a site even better than described. Also please provide your hourly rate for any future modifications.

Hi, The platform will be php5 and MySQL. For hosting, we recommend vps/cloud setup. We'll configure this for you. Features you mentioned like email verification and paypal integration will be done. If you like, we could go a step ahead and make this a html5 fully ajax web application. This will make the site load faster and smoother.
