Design Skin and Install/Configure VB Advanced

I have a basic site skin ... would like to create a custom skin for VB Advanced based on it ... so my skin looks good but VB Advanced has the functionality I need. Here is what I want to do: 1) Want you to delete the existing site ... we only need the design from it 2) Re-install the VB forum 3) Install VB Advanced 4) Create and Cofigure VB Advanced Modules with styling cues from old Skin 5) Incorporate some basic styling cues from existing site into look and feel of VBAdvanced Budget is MAX $300 VB Advanced can be found at [login to view URL] and I have VBulletin license. I have attached a pic of the home page so you get a general idea of hte look and feel. I want a similar look and feel for VB Advanced. Please include any experience with this script.
