a) Landing page only – nothing else b) This is a simple one page site with no tabs. c) You must be a very good graphic designer to do this d) Your job is to provide a graphically appealing site – the graphics would probably be best if they are compatible with the background of our video e) There are no links on the page except the email contact and that is java script and the code must not be changed f) The video is at the top g) The copy is provided and not to be changed h) You bid will not be considered if the phrase “Blue Ninny” is not at the very beginning of your bid i) Pictures are provided for many, but not all. j) This is a standard PHP web page and is primarily simple HTML k) This is 100% straight buy-out and you must sign our release. There are no future royalties or payments of any kind whatsoever and we retain all copyrights to the material except as noted in next line l) All images do not have to be exclusive to our company but MUST be royalty free with no copyright infringement m) All graphic elements must be provided to us in Photo Shop n) The video – our existing images and background will be provided upon awarding the bid
