Deals site

I want a site that will offers deals to its users. What I DON'T WANT: - a groupon site - city / local deal site The site I want is much similar to [login to view URL] that offers deals on dedicated pages. What I WANT: - access / joining the site by using only email address or facebook / twitter connector - offer pages are visible only to users, by entering the site or following the link sent via email (token) - I will start the site as an affiliate site and then will offer cart/payments too for companies that want to join: this mean that I want to select for each offer: 1) count down for offer to end or not - 2) buy now button (that buy from us) - 3) buy from the vendor (affiliate link) - user can see past and current deals - deals are divided into categories that I can manage (electronics, health, food...) - all the social network stuff to share & invite others - easy to manage admin side - trackig and stats for everything - minimal and stylish web design: don't show me something non original or old or reused Those are the main features, more will be discussed with the developer. All the code must be php/mysql/ajax/css and totally open. Thanks!
