I submitted this project about a week ago and accepted a bidder on rentacoder.com. They were very nice, but couldn't complete the job as needed and I paid them for the little work that was done. So I am providing some more information and hopefully I can get this project completed...
I want a dating website designed and a logo designed. I am using aeDating 4 and the script has pretty much everything I need, so there isn't much in the way of new functions you would have to come up with. The script uses templates but it's supposedly hard to really customize the pages using the template system (at least that's why the last project wasn't finished) so it may need to be highly customized to integrate the new design with functions that the script uses? I am willing to send template samples before accepting a bid to make sure it can be completed and that you can provide an accurate bid. Also, you can visit the aeDating website to view their samples and get an idea of the scripts capabilities.
I would like a professional looking site (no cheezy graphics or logos). I love the look/layout/feel of Match.com. I do not want a clone, but I do want a similar feel. I would like the navigation menus to be at the top like they have it and pretty much the same type of functionality. But of course I would need a different design, colors, shapes, etc... I can provide a few other samples I like when I select bid.
As for the logo, I would like vector art work so I can edit and resize to my liking. If the logo will add more than $50 to the price of your bid, then don't worry about it and just specify that your bid is for website design only as I know a good company that will do several logo designs for $50 and they do a very good job. If you do include a bid for the website design and logo, please specify what each will cost (break them down, don't just give me 1 price).
Please only bid if you are pretty confident you can do this job as I don't want to waste more time. If you can provide samples or if you've worked on aeDating scripts before, that would be great. Thank you.
P.S. I'm specifying $100 - $300 but if you can provide an awesome portfolio and related work (like on aeDating scripts), I may be willing to go more if necessary.
