I would like someone to make a dating website for me. The website would also allow members to post their photos and have other members rate their looks based on a scale of 1 to 10. Then all of the ratings will be averaged for each photo (user has option of having their ratings displayed or not displayed). The member would be able to see their rating averages in the control panel area. If a member wants to contact another member, then that member would be able to send an email message to that member. The website would be similar to Hotornot.com. There must be a control panel from where the members would be able to manage their information. The members would be able to list their profiles, post their photos, and list their contact information (email addresses). There must be a JOIN-UP button for users to sign up for membership which allows the user to put their information and password in. There must also be a function that allows me to collect monthly fees from the members and email notifications that remind the users to pay their fees. Also there should be a control panel from which I would be able to activate memberships and suspend or cancel memberships. The website must use PHP and HTML and be a complete functioning website. There must be no use of Flash. All copyrights will be mine. I would be willing to pay between US$50.00 and US$125.00.
