Customizing wordpress to be more social networking

I am looking for professional wordpress programmer that also has sense in aesthetic design for the whole website, the look and the feel. You will start off using the templates I'm providing including the design for the website. The website I want to put together is an online magazine that requires member registration, it creates profiles, able to sort, search and categorized. It needs to be facebook compatible. Its able to grab info using members' facebook accounts. when register the are automatically joining the website's group page and fan page in facebook and send invitations to their friends to join as well. The website is image oriented full of galleries on the posts and pages, sliders, so I need someone that can create shortcodes for me using your own jquery, javascrip, ajax scripts or i can provide the ones I have, using plugins, widgets, so the members are able to use the shortcodes for their profiles. The website is most likely like a database for editorials, projects, or catalogue. The members are not able to upload anything, just be able to add links in order to direct to another URLs. Create different types of gallery sliders in shotcodes, I have examples and I have the scripts for them. I need to put all the shortcodes I have from different sources all together in one single website.
