We're currently looking for an individual to take on the responsibility of processing website orders and product returns. This individual will be required to: 1) Process customer orders as soon as they are received. 2) Create invoices and purchase orders. 3) Respond to customer email/phone inquires . 4) Process and track customer product return requests. 5) Be available Monday – Friday (Saturday) 6) Be online via chat to assist other team members with questions about orders. 7) Experience with QuickBooks and/or Magento a big plus. 8) Making or receiving phone calls is required for this job. Return Material Assistance(RMA) Responsibilities include: 1) Tracking customers product return from beginning to end. 2) Notify customer through the return process 3) Work with manufacturer and / or distributor to return the product. 4) Answer the customer’s questions in a timely manner by mail. Reliable internet connection is a must. Need to be accurate and responsible. Small teams may also apply. US based people also welcome to bid for the job. We can do this work for you very well. We meet all the requirements. I am from the United States. Raised and educated there but currently reside overseas. I run a small IT and business support company. I have a small but highly skilled and dedicated team. We have a real office and real team; not virtual. And we have all the tools in place to get the job done efficiently including high speed internet. We know English very well and we also know how to work with customers and support them. But above all we are highly dedicated and motivated. Please see my responses below to each of your requirements: 1) Process customer orders as soon as they are received. No problem. One person will be dedicated to this and we also have the ability to have backups. We will monitor for customer orders and immediately process them as they arrive. 2) Create invoices and purchase orders. Not a problem. We have done invoicinng and PO work before and know how to process customer transactions and do necessary paperwork. 3) Respond to customer email/phone inquires . Not a problem. We will. 4) Process and track customer product return requests. Not a problem. 5) Be available Monday – Friday (Saturday) Ok. We can be available these days on times that you want. 6) Be online via chat to assist other team members with questions about orders. Not a problem. We have high speed internet connection and will be online for chat and assistance as needed. 7) Experience with QuickBooks and/or Magento a big plus. We have experience with Quickbooks, Peachtree, OracleFinancials, and FlexiFinancials. Plus we are very good at using Excel in powerful ways to automate office tasks and financials. 8) Making or receiving phone calls is required for this job. We can as long as a local number can be setup. Return Material Assistance(RMA) Responsibilities include: 1) Tracking customers product return from beginning to end. Ok. 2) Notify customer through the return process Ok. 3) Work with manufacturer and / or distributor to return the product. Ok. 4) Answer the customer’s questions in a timely manner by mail. For sure. We are very responsive to customers and are very customer driven. Plus our English is very good as we have native Englihs speaker on our team.
