Creating Widget using PHP, MYSQL, Javascript

we have a website which has good repository of peoples picture , Audio and Video.. We would like to create a Widget automatically from the repository for the individual people when they login. This widget will show the persons photo, Mp3 (with Play/pause), Video (mostly from you tube/daily motion) The logic for data retrival will be told to you. You need to first of all provide a Very good looking Widget and provide the code to the user who created it and also to the others who want to take the widget in their website or facebook. People can copy the widget code and put it in their website. The widget properties will be : - Size changeable .. List of usable sizes will be given say 3-4 - color setting - 2 more properties will come If You know the Widget Creation techniques please quote your bid.
