Create Wordpress Site & Blog w/content from static website

I am looking for someone with a lot of experience (that means you you already know how to develop, design and program [login to view URL] sites) in creating [login to view URL] static websites, and will include a blog section too. I would also like a banner designed the incorporates the current logo. I would need this site to be transferred to our server and to replace the current website, however, I do not want the wordpress installed on the domain until the site is ready to go live. (i.e. I do not want the current site to be down while the new wordpress site is being developed). Our current static site is a site in Spanish, and we would want the content to be moved over to the new site. It also contains a "library" section, in which there is an index of documents, for which we provide links for downloading pdf documents and some audio mp3 recordings. It would have a homepage that is a broadcast (rotating pictures, news) of latest updates, and it has seven different main headings with dropdown subheadings under each category. To those seven headings, we would add the blog - which would be of completely new content. Please send me messages that include your portfolio of previous work in Wordpress, and please let me know if you specialize in customization of any premium Wordpress themes like StudioPress (it's not essential, but I am familiar with StudioPress).
