Create a Web Site for Renting Beach House Properties. WebSite is going to be in Spanish. I can provide all context in Spanish. 8 Pages basically with uploading info and images capabilities for each properties by paying customer. It should also have a Payment processing page (Credit Card / Paypal) Pages: Home Page, List of Properties Available Page, Maps page (powered by google), How to place an Ad Page, About us Page, Contact Us Page, Help Page, Beaches Info Page. List of Properties page should provide a link to a individual properties details page. Properties must be stored in a database. There has to be a table for vacancy/occupancy availability through time. There has to be an Admin module to access database and be able to manage periods in which the ad expires or renews itself. Bulk and Individual mailing capability desired. Two types of Customers to the Site. Beach Property owners (paying customers to the site), Customers to rent the properties (non-paying customers to the site). In the Individual Properties page it should have a button for allowing interested renters to send an inquiry the owner. Delivery has to be with all source code. Must specify which apps and languages you are going to be using. Prefer PHP/MySQL solution but will listen to other options.
