Convert existing website to Wordpress

I am interested in converting my existing Joomla-based website to Wordpress. Basically, I would like you to simply take every page of the current website and move it to Wordpress. I would like to add a blog tab/functionality to main menu. I do not need or want the shopping cart capability that currently exists. Instead, I would simply like the ability for a visitor to purchase individual packages via Paypal directly from each package page. The new Wordpress site must use one of the major Wordpress themes, include comprehensive SEO capabilities using best-in-class Wordpress SEO plugins and also include best-in-class Wordpress plugins typically used on most Wordpress websites (e.g. - Google Analytics, Spam Prevention, etc.) I have a very limited budget for this project.
