This project is to build a one page static website from provided PSD graphic. The top navigation must be fixed position and the page must have an auto scroll feature when jumping from location to location. (example [login to view URL] ) There is also need for a carousel for images which when clicked expand to show full size image. There is no contact form required on this site. Must be compatible with IE7 and above Firefox, Chrome, Safari Completed within 12 hours Immediate Start ! Graphic is attached. Fonts used are "Droid Serif" ( available on google font api) and Arial. Real text to be used everywhere possible Bids Above $30 will not be accepted
