CONCEPT The main idea is creating a place where Pc Owners can meet Computer Experts when they have malfunction or problems with their pc. HOW IT WORKS: On our site we ll have 2 kind of subscribers -Pc Owners that have an hardware or software problem and ask for support -Pc Experts that are avalaible to give support and they can answer to Help requests after subscribed our site and gain money providing support. They can provide support in 2 way -Videochat (web based : we don't need to install any software) -Remote control (we want web based too: Expert can be able to manage remote computer as if he is in front of is) Both user and expert ll rate each other after the Help request is terminated WORKFLOW A Pc Owner can post a request on our site for free after registrated to it. All our experts ll receive a notification of this support request and they can answer for giving support logging to the site and answering to this Help post. Each Expert can a SUM for giving support . The Pc Owner can decide which Expert take on based on the best offer and the rating of each of them.
