Company promotion by coupons and discounts

Specs: I want to find joomla specialist in order to find solution and finish the project we ve already started. It would be better if the person who ll do this job knows greek. [login to view URL] is cakephp [login to view URL] tried to do this in joomla, but we found that joomla is not easy enought for this and we are thinking to do this in [login to view URL] anybody have another idea to do this job quickly. I need to get this job ready in maximum 2weeks. Full specs: 1. Company could login/sign in. When login could upload its coupon and discounts, could delete previous pictures or add more,could see a preview, could add links. The company, could pay to us whith paypal or bank transfer and could pay for example 2€ more, if want to be at featured [login to view URL] company could see statistics of their coupons(how many people saw their advertisments, how many printed their coupons. 2 Frontend: At the home page ll appear coupons and all companies have joined in our site. A user can find a company alphabetically. 3Admin: Could see all categories, and all users who are members in the site. [login to view URL] coupons only members can see 5System payment for companies per month or 6 months or year. 6 andmin could upload flash videos The site also, will send newsletter to all customers and members by lists. A company if wants, could buy a mail pack and send its own newsletter to our members. The companies can choose if wants to send to men,women etc. The project stopped in the middle in joomla. If anybody expert in joomla, I can give username and password in order to see what have done...In joomla is at 80% ready.
