Colors changed on my site HTML and google adsense banners placed

Ok this is the 3rd time listing this job now, last 2 people that took the job, said they would do it right away then feel asleep or something anyhow. I started a network site like myspace, i need the colors at [login to view URL] changed from yellow to blue on the html templete/s, and i need my google adsense banners put up theres a few of them. if this is something you can really do and the person who bids the lowest and says when they can get it done the fastest wins. thanks also this job could be a good job if done well, then would be hired if you would want to be called for updates and weekly to bi weekly changes/.
