CS-CART multi-vendor custom modifications

Greetings, i have a version of cs-cart multi-vendor 4.2.2 (latest), that i need to do a modification to it (add-on preferably) no hard coding. the ONLY missing feature in the software is the payout option to vendors. i will try to explain briefly: a customer purchase a product, money goes to the main store (ME), then i have to pay the vendors (minus comission). in the vendor administrative panel, there is no option so he can input his (paypal email address (account)). when im in the administrator panel, i can click on a vendor, see that i own him money from a past purchase, click to pay him out, but the field where i should choose the payment option, is actually a regular textbox, you type whatever into it, you click ok. and you just payed him.( in data, not money) as the store admin, i will implement personal multiple merchant accounts from different gateways. im giving out idea, but programmers know better forcing the vendor signup form, to input a paypal email address, (check if this email is used or not somehow, or other way of verification that he owns this paypal account) input this data into the vendor profile in the admin panel. now point #2- there is an extension for cs-cart called "paypal adaptive payments" you can read about it on google what it does is, when a customer purchase from 1 or multiple vendors, the money goes to the main store, the main store paypal account redistribute the funds accordingly for each vendor, minus commission) wish is great, and i can also hold payments for up to 90 days (being sure merchandise have been delivered, etc...) now i need to know if this add-on for cs-cart, will automatically re-input data into the admin panel ? accounting, vendor purchases, statistics, etc... and update them if not, need to be done. with all do respect, i need someone professional in the field, with experience, and able to test and guarantee his work.
