Build a website with Wordpress

I am looking to build a website for education, preferably with Wordpress but I'd be open to Joomla or another CMS if I could learn how to update things. I am looking to get an estimate of how much it would cost for someone to 1. Build a CMS I can use for my students (Edmodo and Schoology are the best ones out there) 2. Teach me enough basics that I can update the site myself I imagine using this site for years, so after the initial creation there would be future consulting (possibly frequently). Some features I'd like to have on my site: 1. Links to Youtube videos, with fillable forms under the video frame. I would have a video students have to watch, and questions they would answer under the video frame. 2. A forum function for my students to discuss topics (with logins and registration) 3. A bunch more features as seen on Edmodo/Schoology/edu2.0 that I'd work with you step by step on. Initially I'd ask for someone to setup a Wordpress site and fill me in on the working details to get it going as I'm a bit too busy to work out all the details myself. I'd ask for someone who has experience with CMS and can take a few minutes to see what sites like edu2.0 can do. Thank you.
