We are looking for someone to add a buy and sell bulletin board to a website that we have for a group of condo owners. We would like it done in such a way that registered users of the website could post items for sale or exchange and also their contact info. We would also like the owners to be able to remove their postings when the item has been sold. Also we would like the postings to expire after 30 days
