My company needs help to implement a design on either a Joomla or Drupal platform. The work is to start immediately as our chosen partner backed out in the last second. However as a result of the process with that company, we have all details ready and can provide near-all specifications for the development/implementation up-front (very little analysis required). In short: 1. We have all design mock-ups ready as well as detailed descriptions of functional requirements 2. The system should be able to handle several websites (e.g. [login to view URL] & [login to view URL]) within the same system. The sites share the same design elements, but do not inherit any data and nor are they translated copies. In short, they are different websites, but managed through the same console 3. The most advanced feature is a contact form page that can be called from several pages, and where the resulting form is set-up according to the source page I'm looking to set up skype calls already tomorrow (July 9th) to discuss the solution and requirements and to hear about your experiences and portfolio. Target start work is next week and deadline is August 1st.

Hi, I have been developing websites since 2008 and I'm available to start working now. Since you mention that your site most advanced feature is a contact form and your timeline pretty tight I would recommend to go with Joomla rather than Drupal as Drupal added flexibility and therefore relative complexity may not be required or desirable. As far as hosting multiple sites on the same Joomla platform I would recommend the use of a free component called Seblod. Incidentally it would also allow to create your contact form. I have developed a lot of sites with Joomla and Seblod, some of them through freelacer.com. I suggest you read my reviews.
