THIS IS being riposted because of freelancers who claimed it was not detailed: PLEASE I need experienced programmer and web designer who can re-reproduce secured document (papers, journals, thesis, visuals, videos, audios) institutional repository in PHP and MySQL similar to the work in the pages on this attached links and with all its functions (see it here [login to view URL] ). BUT the person will be adapting the design to fit my template sketch (I have a sketch that I can share with serious bidders). I also have a few new functions of mine that must be incorporated. The final application will allow for manuscript submission, registration, thesis submission, reviewers and editors' capacity to edit, approve or deny publications etc in a secure environment. The application will be able to create limitless numbers of communities as well as assign sub administrators to each communities. The sub-administrator will thus be able to manage the community. The super-administrators will have control over every individual and communities. Each community will be able to warehouse records specific to that community.
