Animate, interactive Design Website - repost

I’m looking for a FEMALE Website programmer and designer preferable. Final Photoshop design of 8 pages are already done and the other 2 pages to be design by you. I have the draft design of the other 2 pages. Website should be abel to down load in an ipad. Work Description: - Login Page (username and password). - Total pages 10 pages with animation for young girls. - Home page (with 4 rolling images picture + menu). - 8 main pages designed (2 page for each doll) – Final designed in Photoshop will be provided by me and you will do the animation interaction. - Domain name and Hosting.
