Affiliate network/ system

We like to build an affiliate system that will work as follow: - Website with login, registration - XML feed or other pulling from provider. Data will be uploaded to our website - Affiliates will have their own account where they can see information based on the data the provider can provide. - Multiple admin owners. With this I mean other customers can use this affiliate system of their page/ webpage. This means we can sell this to customers and use it to get our own affiliates as well. Customers = people that need their own affiliate system. We like this to be done by highly quality people.
