I need the OsCommerce "Request a Quote" contribution to work so that it will allow a customer to request a shipping quote for international (outside US) shipping costs which will save their order, email me letting me know they need a quote, allow me to return an email with their total including shipping then allow them to re-enter their order and complete order by making payment. So far the contribution will allow them to request a quote but then finalizes their order and the customer cannot get back into the order to complete payment since it is already complete. Something like how eBay works with their invoicing. Must speak english as a first language.
