Add a New Admin Alert on [login to view URL]

We need a new admin alerts for fyifuse.com. When a customer signs up we recieve an alert to our email but not our admin section. In the admin section under "manage business clients" there are 4 sections (Events, Banners, Videos and Business Listings). Under each of those section each of those is a "veiw" tab, that allows us to view each of those categories. The problem is that when a business client signs up for a new service when we recieve the email it's difficult for us to track down the new service, so it could be reviewed and activated.
This is what is needed for this project:
* When a business client places a new "Event, Banner, Video or Business Listing" we not only need to recieve an alert to our email but in our admin section the "View" button needs turn red and say the word "New!". Then when we activate any one of those sections it should turn back blue to "View". This will let us know that we need to activate something that users account.
* Also in the admin section the "Manage Video" section should moved to the "Manage Events" section.
