We are a design organisation who need an on-demand experienced Flash/ActionScript developer who can take a site brief and create a fully functioning web site with xml driven content and customisation options - effectively creating a Flash template to our specification so that we can design and tailor for our client. You can get an idea of the sort of sites by looking at the work of developers on www.activeden.net. Come back to us with some examples of your work, and your preferred engagement model (hourly rate, project rate etc) You will need to speak English to a high standard since we need to communicate reasonably complex design concepts. We have dozens of projects a year, and are keen to partner with someone who is talented and enthusiastic.
