create installer for ,NET application

We have an application written in VB.NET , we need an installer built for it . This should allow for 1)Registering with serial number during installation screens 2)Allow updating 4)As to install db or not 3)Prompt for SQL server username/pass and execute script against this SQL server The application will install all the files , we have the source of the application ,so you will be able to know if dll registration will be needed . We have a certain folder structure that must be created in order for the application to work correctly , the folders also contains files the installer that you will create must handle this . We already purchased Wise 9.02 , which is very poweful and has setup capture for existing setups, and we will also be open to other suggestions like windows installer and install shield X, we have license also. "you may send us previous installers you made , and describing the tool you have used " We would like to know how will you handle the updating system, and what do we need to set up on our server to make this feature happen. We would like to know how will the serial number and registration system be made. Also need a trial edition. that will disable the app in some way upon end of the trial One more thing, is it possible to watch all the system settings that changes during the setup that we currently have, (just in case the coder did any registry change) or something that we are not aware of , so is this watching possible? Please provide brief answers to my questions in your bid .
