Device Control

I need a very basic program written in VB6 to control a device through the serial port/com port. The communication parameters are 9600 Baud, 8 Data Bits, No Parity and 1 stop bit. It should send and receive 8 byte data packets. The packets will be formed by entering 1,2 or 3 digit numbers into 8 different text boxes. It should also break the incoming packets into bytes and translate those bytes into decimal values. Those values will be place in decimal form into a grid. I have the full product specs for your use.
