CHM Context Help with Visual Basic 6.0

I am using Microsoft's HTML Help Workstation 4.72 and Visual Basic 6.0. I know how to create a CHM help file, and I know how to implement that help file within a VB application so a user could press F1 and get the help file. What I need help with is how to setup a ContextID in the help file so that it can be used with WhatsThisHelp in my Visual Basic application.
