Business Planner Software

We need a coder to develop a business planning software according to our specifications. The business planner is a window application. We need it to be developed in Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 and MS SQL 2005 Express Edition as the database. The application is intended to be stand alone, meaning we want to write it on cd-rom for distribution to our numerous clients having problems with writing their business plans. We would send u the interface design which should be as a guideline for the database design and frontend design We want this job to be done in 2 weeks, all source code should be commented on what they do and source sent to us. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We expect the application to be developed for Windows XP operating system.
