Program shall reduce file size of a given PDF. In Acrobat 9, there is a menu function to take an existing PDF and reduce file size (under Document on the menu). You are asked what version to make it compatible with. We choose 'Acrobat 9.0 and later'.
This project would be to automate this. The executable that you would write would take two command line parameters. The first is the input file, the second is the output file.
