Automatic Checkbox/Format TextBox

I have textboxs on a userform that are linked to cells that will or will not have a number in it. I would like to also have a check box that will be checked if there is a number in the cell and will not if there is not. also the userform is set as model false so i can edit the number from the textbox on the userform or in the coresponding cell. This code works for one textbox and checkbox on the worksheet. The problem is I have more then one text and check box on the same worksheet and don't know how to change or rearrange the code.
