Auto Dial/Web Ping Software

This is a VB.NET 2003 application that will run in the icon tray and will monitor a website and a phone line. If either fail, it will send email and make a phone call stating so. Everything shall be parameters, such as website poll time, telephone poll time, website to poll, number to dial, emergency email, emergency phone, smtp server, smtp username/password, etc. 1. Website polling - The application will go to a website, set the username and password, and will login. If all is successful with a parameter of time [default to 5 seconds], then it will wait for the next poll cycle. If it takes more than 5 seconds, or something fails, the application will send email [if box is checked], and make a phone call and when answered, play a per-recorded wav file [if the box is checked], and display a red alert popup on the screen. 2. Phone Polling - The application will make a phone call to a "system", listen for "*1", and then reply with "*2" The "system" will send confirmation that it heard the "*2" that the application sent by sending "*3" If the application does NOT hear the "*1" or the application does NOT hear the "*3" the application is to send email [if box is checked], and make a phone call and when answered, play a per-recorded wav file [if the box is checked], and display a red alert popup on the screen. The system shall work with most standard voice modems, including but not limited to Creative Modem Blaster V.90 DI5630-5. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win 2000, WinXP, Win2003
