We wish to have a programmer produce a Softwire ([url removed, login to view]) enabled version of the Altigen 4.0 or 4.5 SDK for us to use on some iternal projects we wish to do for our phone system. As part of your bid, please state which version of the SDK you have and will augment/convert into a softwire component. Instructions for turning an SDK into a softwire control can be found at [url removed, login to view] . You will need to already be a holder of the SDK to bid on this project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
