Please look at the attachment has word document with full requirements. At the end is a screenshot of what it should look like and appendix of all fields. I will be working with you on every step. In the attachment tab it should be place where people can easily past images add text and so forth ... just like you can do in Outlook email. Objects should be embedded not linked. There should be also place browse attach items also, which will be pdf,word,execel documents on the attachment tab at the end of the tab. This all should be stored in access database.
