Academic system

I am looking for an application software to present a GIS for about 100 technical schools. each **school** teachs 6 **levels** of education like BS, MS etc.. each school teachs 20 **specializations** like communication, trade , electronics etc each specialization contains from 15 to 20 majors or **courses **math, physics, etc the program must be written in **VB6** under windows 2000 or XP platform. a data base must be created in **MS Access** to store all related tables. the program must include all types of facilities to generate reports and data entry screens . any new idea to the design of the above application is very welcome. the application must deal at least with the following interalia: internet connection pictures of school students record teachers record specializations level of diploma history of data grades courses within each specialization forms maps to locate each school splash screen login screnn with multi users log on users access and security etc ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform the application must be written with VB 6.0 and the data base must be MS ACCESS platform : Windows 2000 or Windows XP
