Data Mining/Scraping

Hello, I have one site that I would like data mined from. The website provides a list of address and business information (please review the attached [login to view URL] file for details of the site and the required data). Your job is to scrape the data for each record listed into the provided CSV File (see attachment). In your response, please indicate how you plan to extract the data (manually or with scripting tools) and how long you expect this to take. I would like to get started on this as soon as possible, so please provide your most competitive bid.
